Financial Sanctions Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for our department a specialist in financial sanctions (m/w/d) (including the representation for money laundering and WpHG compliance)

In your new role, you will take care of the analysis, implementation and ongoing monitoring of national and international financial sanctions. You are responsible for carrying out deficiencies and risk assessments as well as derivation, implementation and further development of appropriate measures, processes and controls. The ongoing monitoring of compliance with sanctions requirements as well as reporting to management, board and supervisory authorities is one of your tasks. You take the representation of the money laundering and WpHG compliance officers and take responsibility for certain subjects. Last but not least, the preparation of regulatory content, the design and implementation of training and the support of projects is one of your tasks.

You have completed studies in the fields of banking, economic or legal sciences or comparable training. You have several years of professional experience in financial sanctions, money laundering prevention or WpHG compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services environment. You have profound knowledge of national and international regulations (e.g. sanction law, money laundering and WpHG compliance). You have experience in risk analysis, process and project management as well as a safe handling of common analysis and MS Office tools. In addition to team and networking skills, you will be awarded an analytical, communicative personality with high self-responsibility, integrity and enforcement capability.
