As a Senior Team Lead Logistics, you design the personnel deployment planning and take responsibility for your team of up to 20 employees You are the first contact*in for your team You conduct and actively shape employee talks You are involved in the design and optimization of workflows and logistics processes in a growing and state-of-the-art environment You will start analysis and analysis of logistical key figures

You are passionate about people and leadership You like to have first leadership experience in the commercial/logistic environment Commitment, sense of responsibility and organization are a matter of course for you You have good IT skills, especially MS Excel
