Trainee Production Manager (m/f/d)

You want to take responsibility and actively shape operational processes? Our trainee program in the production line allows you to enter production directly. You actively control processes and take early operational and project-related responsibility in a practical environment. You are active directly in production and supports the operational control of our production. You coordinate processes, detect disruptions in the process and implement improvements directly. You work closely with employees, shift guides and adjacent departments such as customer service, fleet and technology. You support personnel deployment planning, production organization and shiftwork processes . You learn to take responsibility for production areas – practical in day-to-day business, not only theoretically. You use key figures and evaluations to continuously optimize our production processes. You will be prepared for your role as a future manager through regular training and training.

Completed study or further education: You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of logistics, business management or economic engineering – or a comparable further education to the master (m/w/d). Responsibility & leadership ambitions: You want to quickly take responsibility and grow into a leadership role – you are our leadership of tomorrow.
