Change now to Trölsch – become flushing power (m/w/d) in our craft bakery & Confectionery. We currently have 23 specialist shops, including 10 cafes and our team includes approx. 900 employees.

At Trölsch, the flushing power is an important part of the team. Without clean dishes, clean work areas and clear processes, no kitchen works - and right here you come into play.

As a flushing power at Trölsch, you will ensure that everything remains clean, tidy and ready for use in the kitchen and café. You work closely with kitchen and service and contribute to the smooth functioning of the process. Your contribution is visible - and indispensable for the team.

Your tasks in everyday kitchen:

• You make sure that dishes, cutlery and all kitchen utensils are ready for use again quickly.
• You clean the tables and keep them clean for our guests.
• Efficient and systematic cleaning of the dishwasher.
• Sort and clean the dishes and cutlery.
• You are also responsible for the right waste separation.
• You care for hygiene and cleanliness in all directions.
• In the team, you make sure that the workflows run orderly and smoothly.

What you should bring:

• Basic knowledge of German for team collaboration.
• Pleasure to work in the team and get involved.
• Reliability and careful operation.
