Leadership: You bear the direct responsibility for your team and promote the further development of our junior staff. You create a positive working atmosphere and make sure that new team members have a great start and get in touch quickly. Logistics under control: You control the logistical processes in the sales house and ensure that everything is done reliably. Hands-on Mentality: Whether goods are taken, warehouse management or support on the surface – you pack yourself and ensure the smooth running. Focus on optimisation: With your look for improvement potential, you will question existing logistical processes and structures. Responsibility for sales: You continuously analyze the sales figures and identify opportunities for optimising sales – always with a view to the big whole. Internal coordination: You coordinate the cash management and internal logistics to ensure a smooth process. Regular exchange: you are in continuous exchange with various departments of the central office to achieve the best results together.

Your educational path: You have a completed study or a completed training that has prepared you well for this role. Leadership experience: You bring multi-year experience in a leadership position, ideally in Fashion Retail or a similar service industry. Personality: You are strong, think entrepreneurial and have strong analytical skills. Customer orientation: You are service-oriented and attach great importance to our customers always being satisfied.
