Creation of the substantive and temporal breakdown of the training plan Target group-specific placement and promotion of practical skills and skills Methodological-didactic preparation of training content and instruction (including projects) Turnover of key qualifications Enforcement of regulations on occupational safety and fire protection and order at the training site Examination of training successes and learning progress Practical exercises based on the current state of the art and work organization Assessment and evaluation of the performance of the participants Demonstration of practical training and attendance of participants management of documents and evidence containing all necessary information
