SAP Inhouse Consultant SD/CS (m/f/d)

Position description As SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development of the SAP system landscape with a focus on SAP SD/CS (Sales & Service). Together with the specialist areas, you analyze business processes, develop practical SAP solutions and accompany their implementation – from request intake to productive use. In doing so, you combine process understanding with technical SAP know-how and act as an interface between departments, IT and external implementation partners. In addition to supporting the operational day-to-day business, you actively shape national and international SAP projects and contribute significantly to the standardization and digitization of the corporate processes. Thanks to the upcoming rollouts of international sales companies and the planned S/4HANA transformation, you can expect a varied environment with high self-responsibility and great design playroom. Reported to: Team management Business Process Task: Analysis, optimization and standardization of business processes with focus on sales and service Advising the departments with regard to efficient SAP solutions and process improvements Support and further development of SAP modules SD and CS Implementation of customizing adaptations and support of SAP developments together with external partners Cooperation and project responsibility for international SAP rollouts and digitalization projects Preparation and support of future S/4HANA migration projects Processing and prioritization of change requests and continuous optimization of existing processes Conducting tests, documentation and user training 2nd level support for SAP applications Close cooperation with key users as well as sales, service and logistics

Your profile Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as SAP Key User, SAP Modul Controller or SAP Inhouse Consultant Funded knowledge in the SAP environment with focus on SD (Sales & Distribution) and ideally CS (Customer Service) Experience in process analysis, process optimization and digitization projects Very good understanding of business processes in sales and service • Ideally first experience with SAP projects or international rollouts knowledge of SAP ECC; Experiences with S/4HANA are advantageous • Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good German and good English skills Personality Embossed process understanding and joy in improving processes sustainably Communication strength as well as safe occurrence vis-à-vis specialist areas and external partners High self-initiative and sense of responsibility Analytical thinking combined with pragmatic solution orientation Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation • Interest in digitization and continuous development Willingness to actively shape changes and advance projects Remarkable Experience as SAP Key User in Sales or Service Experience in producing medium-sized enterprises Knowledge of adjacent SAP processes (e.g. logistics or CRM) Experience in international SAP rollouts First contact points with S/4HANA migration projects Experience in Change Management or Business Process Management
