Your tasks:

self-responsible and independent advice and support of the persons in question with regard to the personal situation, the respective needs and their own forces and means of strengthening self-help and overcoming the respective emergency situation Support for active participation in life in the community Support in applying for social benefits or other priority public funds Budget advice Support for the inclusion of reasonable activities or voluntary offers Contact and support for other advisory bodies close and trusting cooperation with expertise and other areas Participation in discussions between customers and material processing in individual cases on performance issues House visits to clarify certain specific situations to support the persons in question

Your profile:

a successfully completed university study of social work or social education with state recognition social competence in dealing with people in different personal, health and financial situations and cultures Experience in the areas of consultation and discussion economic thinking Loadability, flexibility and team capability good knowledge of social performance law and administrative law as well as the adjacent legal areas good computer knowledge very good communication skills as well as a friendly and safe occurrence even in difficult conversations willingness to cooperate with other bodies and within the team Joy in dealing with people and social sensitivity
