Team Lead Application Integration (m/f/d)

Professional leadership and further development of a team of software and QA Engineers in the field of EAI. Priority and control of the technical tasks in the team (e.g. in coordination with Delivery Managers and Project Managers). Ensuring best practices, standards and architecture. Responsibility for technical quality (code quality, performance, stability, security). Technical support of the team in complex technical challenges and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Multiannual professional experience as software engineer, as integration developer or in a comparable role. Experience in the professional management and coordination of development teams as well as in the technical control and successful implementation of complex projects in the field of enterprise application integration (EAI). Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and a structured working method. Communication strength and team spirit as well as the ability to agree with different stakeholders. Practical experience with integration platforms such as SAP BTP, Lobster, Apache Camel, Google Application Integration, Apigee or Pub/Sub. Experience in dealing with cloud platforms, ideally with the Google Cloud Platform. Secure handling of at least one common programming language (preferably Java) as well as common integration and data formats (SQL, XML, XPath, XSLT, XSD, WSDL, JSON). Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and modern development processes. Excellent knowledge of German and English.
