Your duties

• Design and implementation of a model for industrial cyber security that meets the unique requirements of EPC projects, supported by our cyber security officer and the people responsible for cyber security in the projects (SRIP).
• act as a specialist and provide advice on the best practices of cyber security for our SRIPs in the project.
• Development and implementation of specialized training programs to promote the cybersecurity competence of our people responsible for cyber security in the projects (SRIP).
• Cooperation with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of cyber security measures in all phases of the project.
• Keep up to date on current trends, threats and technologies in industrial cyber security to continuously refine our strategies and practices.
• Promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness and risk management across the company.
• Consultation/support of SRIPs in security activities (e.g. risk analysis, vulnerability management, incident reporting) in the respective project.
• support and advice in the evaluation of safety requirements and the definition of appropriate project-specific measures.
• Communication of Siemens Energy's security points in terms of industrial automation and control systems (IACS) as well as any deviations or problems regarding compliance with the safety requirements required by the customer.

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in cybersecurity, cybernetics, electronics, information technology, computer science or a related area.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP or similar are very desirable.
• At least 5 years of cyber security experience focusing on industrial or critical infrastructures.
• Detectable successes in developing and implementing cyber security models and strategies for large-scale projects.
• Funded understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and the unique challenges they pose in cyber security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and maintain team members.
• knowledge of relevant industrial standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443 etc. are of advantage.
• General understanding and knowledge of electrical systems. Any experience with building automation systems and HVDC converter stations is advantageous.
• Good knowledge in embedded systems and real-time control systems.
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
• Flowing English knowledge in word and writing, German knowledge is advantageous.
