Senior Project Lead / Teamlead Technical Building Equipment (HLSE) (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an experienced senior technical engineer/team manager HLSE (m/w/d) in the general planning company.

As a leading technical engineer/project manager HLSE (m/w/d) in Berlin, you take on the technical responsibility for HLSE planning services* (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) in residential construction and renovation projects. You control HLSE projects independently over all phases of performance – from concept and design planning to execution and handover. You ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality standards in complex major projects. You coordinate the HLSE planning with internal and external project participants (architecture, structure, construction management, specialist planner, contractor). You are the central contact person for all technical questions of technical building equipment within your projects. Optional – with appropriate suitability (team management in the HLSE department): You take over the professional and organizational management of approximately 5 employees of the HLSE team. You promote the further development of your employees and support the incorporation of new colleagues. You represent the departments and work closely with management and project management. You support acquisition and concept phases and are technical contact for clients and partners. You contribute to the further development of technical standards and to the innovative orientation of the department.

• Our planning is based on the software of Revit, Auto-CAD and Linear with the focus on open BIM in our general planning company.

As a leading technical engineer/project manager HLSE (m/w/d) in Berlin, you ideally have practical training and technical studies. Complete studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the HLSE area (heating, ventilation, sanitation, electric), ideally in new housing and in the renovation of buildings Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB, DIN) Structured, solution-oriented operation and overview in complex projects Communication strength, organisational skills and high implementation orientation Very good German knowledge (at least C1) Ideally, first experience in the technical guidance or coordination of employees (no condition)
