The Big City of Germering search at the next possible time (m/w/d) as Team management of leisure facilities for the Stadtwerke Germering (possibly in full time with currently 39 hours per week) The Germering municipal works are a modern service company of the municipal utility sector with a stock of 45 employees. As a private operation of the Großer Kreisstadt Germering on the western outskirts of Munich, we supply our city with drinking water, operate an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, an ice sports hall and several district heat islands in the city area. As part of a restructuring, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) that leads our team “Technology” and also carries out maintenance measures. As a team leader, you are the link between the team members and the management, and act as a contact person for your team from five company technicians in the indoor pool and the leisure center.

Ensuring the functional and operational reliability of all technical installations and facilities of building and operating technology Tasks as a guiding force for the operating technicians working in the 2-shift operation, including the performance assessment Coordination and organisation of daily business Staff deployment planning Budget monitoring in the area of responsibility and participation in the establishment of the annual economic plan Support for technical management in the development of concepts for the sustainable optimization of leisure facilities Participation and independent implementation of maintenance measures and maintenance work in technical installations and buildings to ensure the daily operation
