We specialize in purchasing, marketing and IT services to support our retailers in every conceivable way. For over 20 years we have been offering software solutions for gastronomy and kitchens. You act as administrative and organizational sales support in our IT team in Offenburg. They actively support our customers via e-mail, telephone and digital channels. They support our gastronomic users in the introduction of our software products. They maintain our customer data independently in our CRM system. You create key figures and prepare customer appointments. They accompany our customer projects with the field service.

They have completed commercial or gastronomic training and ideally have experience in the sales service. You have good knowledge in handling MS Office applications and ideally experience in handling CRM systems. They have a strong customer orientation to understand the needs of our customers and to ensure that their concerns are handled effectively. They are persuasive in your communication and cannot be retired from project high phases.
