The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) is one of the largest practice-oriented universities in Bavaria and covers a wide range of subjects with the fields of technology, social and economic sciences, design and languages. We accompany around 9,300 students in more than 70 courses on their educational path. Since 2022, THWS has been certified by the audit family-friendly university in order to meet the diversity of life plans and family forms and to actively promote the reconciliation of the profession and family of their employees. The University Service Finance (HSFI) is the first contact point for all matters relating to the finances of our university. Whether funding from the Ministry or money from private or public third-party funds - we have the figures of the THWS firmly in sight. Currently we have the following place to occupy: Higher education Finance Senior Consultant (m/d) in full time Application code: 31.2.778 The place shall be occupied at the next possible time, the place of service shall be in Schweinfurt. Setting is permanent and full-time (40 hours/week). The place is in principle part-time, provided that the full implementation of the tasks is ensured by job sharing.

Development and control of fee and payment processes You design, analyze and optimize the fees and payment processes of the university and drive their digitalization forward, in particular by developing and automating the e-payment procedures and by introducing digital solutions for fee decisions, exemptions and discounts in close coordination with internal departments and external service providers. Fee information, communication and advice You provide transparent and up-to-date fee information, develop communication on payment obligations in the enrollment and feedback process, and are the central contact person for students, applicants and internal bodies with all questions concerning fees, procedures and payment obligations. Payment monitoring and financial management You reliably monitor the payment flows, ensure correct accounting processing and process refunds taking into account the applicable legal requirements.
