For the Department of Network Planning, Construction and Projects we are looking for a:n Service Technicians:in glass fibre in permanent employment in full time (part time with at least 19.5 hours/week possible).

scheduling and coordination: organisation of operations for fault, maintenance and customer connections as well as communication with partners Disruption and error analysis: Own-responsible fault analysis and fault elimination in FTTH / FTTB networks using modern measurement techniques Operation and maintenance: assembly, splicing and measurement of LWL fiber sections and implementation of commissioning and acceptance measurements Monitoring of small measures: Instruction of service providers:inside and documentation of work

You have a completed technical training, ideally in the field of intelligence, electrical engineering or IT system electronics, or equivalent knowledge and skills and ideally at least 2 years of professional experience as a service technician:in. You convince with your structured and independent way of working with high self-responsibility. You have know-how in the construction and operation of broadband networks such as splicing and OTDR measurement technology and in the ranking of private and business customers. You have a high communication and information capability and you always have a look at the wishes of the customer. You are in possession of the class B licence or comparable and agree to participate in the call-readiness service.
