Supply Officer (m/w/d) - Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist für Airbus

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Monitoring and ensuring order processing
• Collection and management of order data in the ERP system
• Analysis of delays and prioritization of urgent tasks according to the requirements of assembly lines and customer support
• Control of short and long-term operational measures (e.g. retrofit delays, missing parts, improvement of logistics processes)
• Daily monitoring of supply chain performance (goods receipt, workshop areas, internal transport, shipping) and conflict resolution
• Cooperation with suppliers (remote and on site) and with cross-departmental teams to implement preventive and corrective measures
• Promotion of return logistics processes (offers, return parts, subsequent disassembly)
• Evaluation and selection of suppliers
• Optimization and verification of supply chains
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Risk assessment and management

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies or training in supply chain management, logistics, economics, business management or comparable discipline
• Professional experience in disposition, material procurement, supplier management or supply chain/logistics
• Ability to work independently, structured and outcome-oriented
• Excellent communication skills for cooperation with contact persons: both at all levels and for maintaining business relations
• Secure German and/or English skills
