Referent Controlling (m/f/d)

Creating economic and medium-term planning with all sub-planes taking into account regulatory requirements of scenario calculations Implementation of target-actual comparisons and deviation and cost-effectiveness analyses Creation, analysis and interpretation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Analysis and management of cost structures as well as implementation of tariff calculations and care, preparation and further development of cost and performance accounting (KLR) Development of internal reporting and creation of decision-relevant management reports in close cooperation with the departments

Complete studies in the field of business management, economic engineering or a comparable focus Multiannual experience in controlling (in particular planning, reporting, deviation analyses) and a good understanding of cost structures desirable Experience in handling and mapping regulatory frameworks (e.g. exchange with the regulatory authority) Secure handling of common controlling tools (e.g. SAP, Excel, ideally also BI tools such as Power BI) Analytical thinking, structured working and the ability to develop complex relationships in a comprehensible way for management
