As a key figure, you play a crucial role in achieving the financial goals of our largest segment (Access). As a team manager (w/m/d) of our controlling team, we are looking for you at the Montabaur site. Its tasks include the creation and monitoring of the budget, the preparation of forecasts and the implementation of monthly target/actual comparisons as well as plan/prognosis analyses for our network inputs in the mobile, DSL, fiber and cable network area. These main tasks offer you a variety of exciting activities: Further development and timely provision of management and risk reporting (including the formation of delimitations and provisions) Analysis and commentary of monthly reports. Preparation and moderation of business reviews. Development, coordination and monitoring of measures to increase cost-efficiency and quality. Support in and monitoring business cases in the field Long-term, strategic and operational planning of the budget for the Access product area after consultation with the Business Unit Access and the Management Development and use of KPI’s to control areas and create transparency Creation of Adhoc analyses incl. deriving recommendations for action with a focus on future business development Development of the division Provision of control-relevant information on the development of the management division Optimization of cost efficiency Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the controlling team with 3 MA

Completed studies in business, finance or related fields At least 5 years of experience in controlling, ideally first experience as leadership Strong leadership skills and team skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex financial information at management level Outstanding analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and knowledge in IFRS 15 Good SAP knowledge (FI/CO, PS, MM, process understanding, SD and PP) Good knowledge of controlling-specific planning and reporting software Very good MS Office knowledge Knowledge of business relationships in a company and the toolkit for value-oriented management Good knowledge of earnings and cash flow invoices and financial key figures IFRS balance sheet desirable Power of persuasion for own projects / topics at board level
