Employee Access and Key Management (d/f/m)

Access management (closing systems) is an essential component in object security and is responsible for the operational protection of all properties. In your role as an employee:in access and key management (d/w/m), you are responsible for the operational implementation, monitoring and documentation of a holistic access management (closing systems) with the aim of establishing a specific safety level adapted to the respective properties (breeding sites). Among other things, you perform the following tasks: You develop the technical requirements for securing access to the individual properties (manual or electronic closing systems) and the requirements for the process of key transfer, withdrawal, storage and documentation. You define the requirements for obtaining offers for the exchange or installation of new closing systems. You set up electronic keys and e-locking cylinders and check the correct configuration with the corresponding rights and answer the secure storage / transfer and the corresponding exchange of master and general keys. You coordinate and organize the exchange or disassembly of closing systems. You regularly check, monitor and document compliance with the requirements for access management.

Have completed training in a recognised occupation or have a comparable degree or equivalent skills and experience. Bring first practical experience in the management of closing systems and/or in the planning of closing plans or comparable safety-relevant systems. Paste good knowledge in dealing with standard software (MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel) and work carefully, meticulously and thoroughly. Bring an open mind and actively shape the further development of our access management.
