People Sustainability Specialist (w/m/d)

You are actively working on the further development of our People Sustainability agenda and supporting the anchoring of sustainable HR practices throughout the group. You are taking tasks related to CSRD and ESG reporting as well as developing sustainability guidelines, targets and key figures. Based on HR Controlling data, you will create meaningful reports, dashboards and KPIs. You coordinate quantitative sustainability goals in the international HR context and promote people sustainability issues such as employee welfare, diversity & inclusion and leadership development. You work closely with decentralized HR units to ensure the implementation and anchoring of sustainability standards worldwide. You create convincing presentations for different stakeholders and implement complex content in a structured, comprehensible and visually appealing manner in PowerPoint.

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field of study, ideally focusing on HR. First practical experience in HR and/or People Sustainability is desirable. Very good skills in creating professional PowerPoint presentations as well as a pronounced feel for structured, understandable visualizations. A structured, reliable and analytical method. Enthusiasm for sustainability and global HR work as well as the motivation to actively drive people sustainability in the company. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
