Own-responsible processing, collection and verification of ongoing financial accounting (debitors, creditors, cash registers, bank) and completion of the monthly evaluations for the management Up-to-date reporting to management in the event of defaulted business customers Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual evaluations by HGB Preparation of documents for tax advice (Bilanzerstellung) settlement of payment and dunning Travel expenses (In and abroad) Booked directly on the hmd software of the tax advisor Contact persons for internal specialist departments and external partners (e.g. tax consultants, banks) Support in the further development of internal accounting processes

Knowledge and experience in HMD financial accounting or in the field of datev accounting (training about us possible) Knowledge and experience in trade in goods and services with EU countries and non-EU countries, in particular knowledge in the field of goods transport services Knowledge in the field of reporting on goods transport services e.g. against the customs, the Federal Central Office for Taxes, etc. Knowledge and experience in the field of travel costs, especially for foreign business trips
