IT Support Engineers in the Amazon operations teams do not work in the office as usual – rather they take care of the various IT systems that form the heart of our logistics locations. As an IT technician, you work at one of our logistics locations together with colleagues, remote support teams and the company to perform essential IT support functions. Support of local users:inside by installing, support with and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure, end user devices and applications. Management of support tickets, provision of first and second line support. Implementation of proactive maintenance to maximize the availability of the entire IT equipment. Implementation of projects and innovations in cooperation with other colleagues in the IT service.
