Responsible Electrician (VEFK) – Facility Management (m/f/d)

As a responsible electrical specialist (VEFK) in facility management, you take on the technical responsibility for the safe and regular operation of the electrotechnical plants and facilities at our production site in Heidelberg. You combine your electrotechnical expertise with technical facility management tasks and coordinate internal and external partners. You ensure that systems are operated reliably, tests and maintenance are carried out on time and compliance with statutory and internal requirements. The position offers you the opportunity to combine technical responsibility with a design and coordinating function in facility management. Your responsibilities Technical responsibility as VEFK for the electrotechnical plants and facilities in facility management Ensuring safe, reliable and regular operation of electrical systems Planning, implementation or Coordination of inspections, maintenance and testing Monitoring the prescribed test and maintenance intervals and ensuring complete and comprehensible documentation Analysis and elimination of disturbances and technical failures and coordination of necessary measures Technical support of electrical systems from commissioning to repair Support and technical support of installation, modernization and maintenance projects Planning, commissioning and monitoring of electrotechnical measures and projects Selection, coordination and control of external specialist companies and service providers Examination of performance and documentation as well as preparation and maintenance of test and inspection reports Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, technical rules, occupational safety and quality requirements Cooperation with Facility Management, Production, EHS, Purchasing and Other Internal Interfaces Identification and implementation of measures to improve plant availability and energy efficiency Support in the continuous development of technical FM processes Cross-company support in technical facility management as needed

Completed electrotechnical training as well as further training as master or technician electrical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in electrical engineering, maintenance or in technical facility management Qualification or Willingness to take over the function as responsible Electric Power (VEFK) Knowledge of the testing, maintenance and maintenance of electrical installations Experience in the coordination and control of foreign companies and technical service providers Knowledge of relevant legal, technical and labour protection requirements Structured and self-sponsored working and strong sense of responsibility Communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external contact persons Good MS Office knowledge Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
