Business Consultant Support - Distribution & e-Commerce (m/f/d)

As a Business Consultant - Support you are the perfect link between our product development teams and our partners: You support our partners to optimally map their requirements in the areas of distribution, logistics and e-commerce in Haufe X360 You analyze possible sources of error in the configuration of our ERP solution and identify system errors You will find ways to improve both the product's core functionality and industry-specific extensions such as online store or carrier connections

You have completed a degree in Business Administration/Economic Informatics/Economic Engineer or a comparable training with a focus on supply chain management or distribution logistics First professional experience in one of these areas, ideally combined with knowledge in the e-commerce sector (e.g. marketplace connections such as Amazon, shop systems such as Shopify/Shopware) A passion to tackle technical and process challenges – in particular about goods flows, storage systems (WMS) or shipping processing (e.g. DHL/UPS interfaces) Personally, you are characterized by pronounced service orientation and communication strength You speak German (min. C1) and have good English skills (min. B1) It is also advantageous to learn about ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and databases (preferably MS-SQL)
