You are the first contact point for our insurers and advise them by phone and in writing about the performance rights according to the SGB V or XI. You independently check and process performance applications and ensure correct and timely execution. In close coordination with service providers such as doctors, rehabilitation facilities or nursing facilities as well as the medical service, you clarify medical or nursing matters. You document all processes carefully in our system and use the current MS Office applications for your daily organization.

You have a completed training as a health professional (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a social security specialist:r. Your strength is service-oriented advice and you enjoy direct customer contact. You communicate clearly and empathically, both with customers and partners like the medical service. You are safe to use the current MS Office applications. You have knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level).
