You will participate in the following tasks: Support in the planning, organisation and follow-up of workshops and training

Support our team in diverse, global projects

Preparation of presentations, communication documents, videos and other forward-looking formats for our different target groups

Acquisition of exciting research work for concepts or new, innovative personnel development topics and direct support in design & rollout

Your profile Education: You complete a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or a related area

Availability: Internship duration of at least 4 months (ideally 6 months) to give you a comprehensive insight into the area and ensure a high learning curve

Know-how: First practical experience in the field of HR and Personnel development desirable

Motivation: You are interested in the HR sector with the focus on human resources development and have the courage to create new or unknown topics independently

Working methods: very good communication and organization skills

Languages: reliable knowledge of German and English for daily work
