As a product developer for Industry 4.0, you work on products related to topics: electrical engineering, automation technology, robotics and IT. A job with a lot of perspective. Yours? Come to the team!

In the Business Development department of our Academy, you are responsible for the Industry 4.0 portfolio. You are interested in developing, implementing and updating existing and new products in different learning formats (presence, hybrid, virtual) and for different target groups (unemployed, supported employees, companies). You analyze the qualification requirements and, if necessary, legal frameworks on the market and define, in coordination with internal and external partners:inside, products targeted at them. You're planning a strategic-specialized network to Fachkolleg:inside within the TÜV Rheinlands, to external experts:inside, lecturers:inside and customers:in the context of the product/specialty area to be responsible. You participate in process optimization and the further development of quality standards as well as data maintenance in the product database and course management systems.

Completed studies or technicians in one of the following areas: electrical engineering, automation technology, robotics or IT Occupational practice in one of the respective areas and a high affinity for concept creation are provided Experience in project management, business development or knowledge in the advanced training industry Interest and joy in competitive analysis & conception of educational opportunities against the background of digitalization of the labour market Organizational talent, communication strength and team spirit as well as a structured independent way of working. In addition, very good German knowledge (C1) in word and writing are provided
