Product Owner PBX Software - Telecommunications / VoIP (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational implementation of our PBX products (Cloud, On-Prem, Hybrid) along the product vision defined by product management You collect, structure and prioritize requirements and transfer them to Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria You take the continuous care, structuring and prioritization of the Product Backlog and make sure that requirements regarding benefits, stability and technical feasibility are clearly assessed and implemented You work very closely with the development teams and quality assurance and ensure continuous, transparent communication You prepare backlog definitions, sprint plannings, reviews and retrospectives in content and accompany them You take off features and user stories, prioritize bugs and technical debts and coordinate operational topics with support, QA, operations and other stakeholders

You have several years of experience (min. 3 years) as Product Owner, ideally in the environment of PBX, VoIP or complex technical software products You have a strong organisational strength in the daily operating business You have routine in requirements engineering as well as in the care and prioritization of Product Backlogs You are safe in dealing with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and can act as a link between development and disciplines You have a solid technical understanding to realistically arrange and communicate requirements You are characterized by communication strength, enforcing ability and a high degree of self-responsibility and have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
