Administration, maintenance and further development of our existing standard software in the field of personal information and accounting systems Analysis of requirements of specialist departments and development of customized software solutions Development of interfaces between different HR systems Migration of systems in cloud/container platforms Conducting software tests and ensuring data quality and data protection Creation of system documentation taking into account the applicable regulatory requirements (in particular DORA, VAIT, BSI Basic Regulation) Close cooperation with internal departments and control external service providers

has a successfully completed study of computer science or business informatics, a training as a specialist or a comparable qualification have professional experience in handling IT systems as well as in software development and are safe in handling development environments brings sound knowledge in the administration and implementation of external software systems (ideally in the ADP Paisy environment, SAP SuccessFactors) have knowledge of how to use databases (MS SQL, DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL) know you well with IT methods (agile collaboration, DevOps) and supporting tools (including Jira, Confluence) have experience with software build and deployment tools (including Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins) draws you through pronounced analytical skills and a structured way of working are self-initiative, have pleasure in work in the team and have very good German skills
