Takeover of security-relevant tasks in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of DFB and DFL Further development, updating and operational implementation of the safety-relevant concepts (organizations and property) and the stadium regulations Presence and security-related accompaniment to the home and away games of the men's team and the home games of the HSV women Continuous exchange and close coordination with security officers of the respective home or Guest clubs Control and coordination of external security service providers as well as the external specialist for occupational safety Active exchange with the security officers of the Bundesliga clubs and opponents of the DFB and the DFL Interface management to internal areas (including facility management, media/communication, fan culture) and external authorities (police, fire department, office) Creation of accreditations and visitor IDs Accompanying and Responsibility for the Annual Security Management Certification by the DFB

have completed commercial training, a high level of organisational competence and optimal experience in risk and crowd management, have a safe occurrence vis-à-vis authorities, security forces and internal stakeholders; expressing you through a strong enforcing power, sense of responsibility and strength of decision, good knowledge of English in word and writing, and are time-flexible, willingness to travel and are on the ball even in the evening and weekends.
