To support our team in the Southwest branch, we are looking for you at the next possible time as a management (w/m/d) of the Construction and Conservation Division.

Management, control and coordination of the tasks and projects of the Construction and Conservation Division Budget and Resource Responsibility for Business Management of the tasks and objectives of the business unit, including building management and conservation management Control of the central award point with all construction and engineering awards Control of the building contract law procedures of the branch Responsibility and control of the construction examination of the entire branch Personnel management within the business unit and the exercise of personnel development measures for staff staff Coordination of business and departmental processes

A completed academic degree programme (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) in the field of civil engineering or comparable disciplines Leadership experience based on a cooperative, motivating leadership style Knowledge of road construction Long-standing professional experience in construction engineering and road construction management Experience with early public participation and the implementation of dialogue events Very good knowledge of project management and project-oriented action Driving licence Class B and readiness to operate a utility vehicle Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
