Revenue Management Related Systems Manager (all gender)

Support and further development of Revenue Management systems in close cooperation with the Revenue, BI, Data Science and IT Applications teams of Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises Recording, tuning and documentation of technical requirements and care of product-specific backlog Support in connection and quality assurance of relevant data from source systems Conducting testing of new releases as well as monitoring of system launches and optimizations Monitoring relevant system and product characteristics to ensure quality and user acceptance Coordination of cross-disciplinary processes around Revenue Management systems and adjacent applications and systems Implementation of user training and support of the specialist areas in the operational use of the system

Successfully completed studies focusing on BWL, (economic) informatics or comparable training in the economic or technical environment Experience in the work with tourist reservation and booking systems as well as an understanding of Revenue management and pricing processes of advantage First professional experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Business Intelligence, Application Management or a similar interface function Good analytical skills and safe handling of data and reports Experience in mediation and 'translation' between business and IT requirements First knowledge in testing systems and new releases of advantage Structured, communicative and solution-oriented working methods and very good knowledge of German and English
