For our dynamic and creative civil engineering team at the Karlsruhe site, we are looking for you in full time (40 h) as Lead Civil Engineer (m/w/d). This is what awaits you

You are co-responsible for voting with the project management and external partners, as well as ensuring and maintaining our CSA engineering strategy and the overarching milestones. You are responsible for the development, deployment and control of design requirements for all CSA-relevant structures. You take the technical examination and approval of the planning services of service providers and/or EPC/EPCm contractors, taking into account the standards to be applied, evaluating deviations and ensuring quality, safety and industry requirements. You monitor project progress, control project targets, identify risks early and ensure that time-budget and quality targets are met. You have experience in employee management, want to actively shape the construction of a dedicated team and sustainably accompany its development.

You have a completed Master or Diploma degree course (Dipl.-Ing. or Dipl-Ing. FH) in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline. You have at least 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in the field of industrial construction or plant construction, in the field of energy and infrastructure projects. You have already conducted professional and disciplinary teams and you have a modern leadership style, mentor instead of manager. You are strong, resilient, solution-oriented and consistently bringing projects to the target. You communicate safely on all levels – fluent in German and English.
