Account Manager International (m/f/d)

Interface: You are the central contact for our customers and systemic partners and you are the heart of our operations. Support: You can help our customers recycle their packaging units professionally. Expertise: You are a contact person for topics related to EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and AR (Authorized Representative) in selected countries. Sales: You are happy to convince and advise new customers about our service. Registration: You accept the official registration of our customers with international contractual partners. Quantity report: You report the packaging quantities of our customers to system partners and/or registration points. Communication: You are in exchange with authorities in the respective national languages. Further development: You actively participate in the further development of our EPR-AR compliance system. Optimization: You support the optimization and documentation of work processes and legal requirements.

Precision: You work very structured and conscientious. Experience: Ideally you are familiar with commercial processes, experience in customer support is advantageous. Team spirit: You are passionate/team player and like to join. Engagement: You want to actively contribute to sustainability and Circular Economy. Language skills: You speak fluent English, every other European foreign language is a big plus.

We are looking for customer supporters with the following language skills: Latvian / Finnish / Lithuanian / Swedish / Estonian / Bulgaria / Slovak / Norwegian / Czech.
