Performance of fault analyses, maintenance, repair and maintenance work on electrical installations and systems Installation, commissioning and technical support of plants and components at the customer's premises and in the service area Instruction and training of users in the operation and handling of technical systems Support for technical presentations, events and trade fairs Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to ensure smooth service Processing and documentation of service operations using modern IT and ticket systems Application of measurement, diagnostic and analysis tools for error identification and correction Creation of service reports and documentation of actions carried out

Successfully completed technical training, for example in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of expertise Professional experience in technical service, installation or commissioning of machinery and equipment desirable Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and ideally IT and network technology Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed service and customer orientation and communication strength Class B driving licence and readiness to Germany-wide external services Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous
