Your position

Your job: High-Tech Sales instead of clinkputs You're not an advisor who reads brochures. You're a dealer for complex energy systems. Your mission: guessing, spirits, closing. No cold acquisition: You conduct consulting and sales talks exclusively with highly qualified, warm leads (requests via our website) or with interested parties who already had contact with us (reactivation). Real added value instead of hard selling: In contrast to many other sales jobs, 1KOMMA5° offers every customer a massive financial and ecological advantage. You don't have to misunderstand anyone – if you declare the benefits of our systems in a conclusive manner, the product sells almost by itself. The complete sales cycle: From the first videocall to the creation of customised offers to the digital contract signature, you accompany your customers. Your goal is to find the perfect, individual solution for every customer and to secure completion. No field service: You do not need a driver's license, nor do you have to be busy driving half the day: you accompany private homeowners completely digitally via modern videoconferencing tools from need analysis to successful conclusion of the contract.

You are: Sales DNA: You have experience in sales (ideally B2C or Telesales). You love selling, have a high intrinsic motivation and burn for reaching your goals. Final strength: You're not afraid of graduation and stay on the ball when a customer hesitates. You've got the fingertips to create a charm and bring the deal home. Tech-Affinity: Experience in the field of renewable energies is a plus, but no need. You don't have to be an engineer, but you should want to work deep into topics like electricity market, PV and heat pumps – with our intensive onboarding you will become an energy expert in record time. Communication: You speak fluently German and make it easy to explain complex technology and sympathetic. And: You live in the Berlin region to work regularly with your team at our state-of-the-art TechLab.
