The field of training develops and develops company-wide training and further training opportunities for the employees of the BVG. With modern learning formats, innovative methods and needs-oriented training, you can help to convey knowledge sustainably, promote a contemporary learning culture and actively shape the company's future viability. You design, develop and conduct practical IT training with a focus on SAP for different target groups – from employees to internal multipliers to external customers. Modern, didactically based training concepts as well as digital learning content such as WBTs, learning videos and virtual training formats are created and developed by you. You continuously develop training documents and take on the professional care of the training system. Innovative learning methods such as blended learning, microlearning and virtual classroom are used to impart knowledge sustainably. You will ensure the quality of the trainings through evaluations, feedback discussions and cooperation in projects and continuously develop the training offers.
