For our Schön Klinik Holding SE at the Vogtareuth site, we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) to strengthen our HR team at the earliest possible time.

Operational personnel work: You support the HR department in day-to-day business and actively contribute to the efficient implementation of administrative processes. Reliable staff support: You are the central contact person for personal concerns and promote service-oriented communication. Careful master data management: You reliably collect and maintain personal master data and ensure high data quality. Structured onboarding processes: You prepare the monthly employee launch day and accompany it to promote a successful start of new colleagues.

You are a student of business management or a comparable degree course. Thanks to your quick understanding, you can quickly work into new topics and tasks. You are characterized by a targeted and structured way of working. Commitment and self-initiative are your strengths as well as a safe occurrence and strong team capacity. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; ideally, you already have first knowledge of SAP HCM.
