As a (Senior) Business Analyst Commercial Analytics (m/w/d), you play a central role in strengthening the Go-to-Market organization through data-based insights, analytics and scalable solutions. You are responsible for the development of powerful analytics and reporting structures, supporting commercial decisions and driving strategic initiatives forward together with Sales, Service and the Commercial Leadership.

Independent analysis of sales and service performance data to identify growth and efficiency potentials Development and optimization of dashboards, reports and KPIs to support the Go-to-Market strategy deriving relevant insights and creating recommendations for sales, service and commercial teams Proactive support of Go-to-Market initiatives through sound data analysis, business cases and modeling Ensuring consistent data understanding and promoting data-driven decisions across all relevant stakeholders

Completed studies in Business, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or a comparable analytical field Very good understanding of sales and service processes as well as relevant KPIs Safe handling of analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI ) Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex results clearly and understandably High communication and stakeholder skills – You can safely move between technical and commercial teams Structured, reliable and independent operation
