Discipline and leadership of the Lynx product management department Management and responsibility of all Lynx projects in the subcontracting of international sister companies with the exception of large strategic programmes Responsibility for the development and implementation of the product strategy and for the short, medium and long-term roadmap of the product portfolio Management of market and portfolio requirements and active management of target costs Identification of synergies at component and subsystem level Continuous market and technology research for deriving innovation and application potentials Communication and Cooperation with Internal and External Stakeholders (m/w/d) The location can be occupied at our locations in Unterlüß or Kiel.

Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, economics, business management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in product management and knowledge in project and risk management Experience in the military or defence industry Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and organization skills Basic readiness to travel
