Around 1,900 employees provide more than 700 clients with outpatient care and care for around 1,750 clients in a stationary manner according to an innovative house-community concept. In Rottenburg, BeneVit offers day care and outpatient care for over 100 clients. The outpatient services allow older people to stay in their familiar environment even with increasing support needs. In addition to nursing and medical care, home care and care services are provided – individually coordinated, professionally competent and facing. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a Senior Consultant (m/d)

You bear the overall responsibility for the quality of care in the outpatient service and in day care. You lead the multi-professional team and take over the service planning. You represent the facility to the outside – in close cooperation with municipalities, public events or network meetings. You coordinate the tour planning, ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize existing processes from a business perspective.

You have a completed training for nursing services or a comparable qualification as well as leadership experience in outpatient or semi-steady care. You convince by a safe, well-maintained appearance, have communicative skills and move confidently in exchange with, municipalities cooperation partners and relatives.
