Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

As a Commercial Contract Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the commercial processing of tenders and offers as well as the processing of orders in the TKMS ATLAS service and production business with national and international clients. You independently process the commercial part of the offer creation incl. Analysis of customer invitations, internal coordination with relevant disciplines, creation of terms and conditions of supply and contract as well as the offer price calculation. Within the negotiation team, you will participate in the negotiation of commercial contractual conditions and prices until order is issued and then coordinate the internal release process. You are responsible for compliance with contract-compliant order processing and take over the processing of external and internal commercial concerns (including contact persons for customers, sales and liquidity planning, invoice, receivable management, contractual adjustments).

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive personality with a positive mindset that has the pleasure of developing, driving forward new topics and establishing processes. You will bring the following: Successfully completed studies (e.g. in Business Administration or Economic Engineering) or training with corresponding further education. German and English skills. Professional experience in offering processing and negotiation as well as commercial project processing. High sense of responsibility, autonomy and goal-orientedness. Secure handling of various commercial IT applications (Office to SAP). Safe analytical skills. Knowledge of the regulations of the award – and pricing law.
