They are responsible for implementing technical building management and control and coordinate service providers You are responsible for ensuring operator responsibility with the help of software-assisted testing and maintenance plans You are responsible for cost, quality and time management The maintenance of required data as well as ensuring the data quality in your task area They prepare key tenders for the technical building management (in the framework of public procurement law – VOB/VOL) In order to ensure the additional cost accounting and service providers, as well as in commissioning management (IBM), they work technically complex construction projects with You take over the technical advice of the object management as well as the customers of the BLB NRW on technical installations from the operator's point of view

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in the field of technical building equipment, facility management, electrical engineering, supply engineering, civil engineering or a comparable course of study or a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technicians in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and an at least six-year relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering blanks (e.g. by certificates of work) Further requirements: Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in project teams and have knowledge in technical and infrastructural building management Knowledge of relevant relevant relevant legislation (e.g. VOB, VOL, DIN etc.) They are a team-oriented personality with enforcement strength, negotiation and organisational skills as well as strong customer orientation

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A. This tender is a temporary job up to 13.01.2028 with a weekly working time of 25 hours.
