Customer support in all phases of the service process from dialogue acceptance to vehicle return Active marketing of service and repair services Workshop control and order planning Order and appointment tracking including quality control Auditing and reporting Ensuring customer mobility Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management

Technical training with professional experience in motor vehicles as a service consultant or higher
