Management and control of demanding electronics, embedded and system development projects from the supply phase to the development and series support. Responsibility for compliance with deadline, cost, resource and quality objectives, including planning, monitoring and the initiation of appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations. Active technical and organizational coordination with customers, interdisciplinary departments and management. Analysis and assessment of technical relationships with the well-founded problem solution and the prioritization of tasks and adaptation of project plans. Control of requirements, configurations, risks, problems and changes including impact analyses and follow-up of defined measures. Application of relevant development and quality processes to achieve defined maturity levels and quality objectives.

Successfully completed technical studies, preferably electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification. Multiannual experience in the management of sophisticated development projects in the field of electronics, embedded or system development, ideally in the industrial or automotive environment. Found practical experience in electronics and embedded development as well as a pronounced understanding of technical and systemic relationships. knowledge of relevant development and quality processes, for example in the context of ASPICE or comparable standards. Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as an independent, structured and targeted way of working. Certifications in project management, such as PMP (PMI) or IPMA, are advantageous. Safe handling of common project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office. Openness for new technologies, methods and development approaches and the willingness to continue developing.
