IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

You enter the IT infrastructures of our customers on site and by remote maintenance. These include the installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows server and client systems as well as the application operation (e.g. practical software, server services). You will also conduct analysis and troubleshooting in the Windows and Network environment. You can document your work. In addition, you provide IT services for our customers, e.g. in the fields of IT network technology, data backup, IT security, platform virtualization, cloud applications, managed services, telephone systems, etc. You advise our customers in the planning of IT projects and complete IT facilities and then implement them, e.g. around server, firewall, network segmentation, VLAN, backup (Veeam) and virtualization. You prepare customer appointments independently and organize them independently. You support us in the further development of the IT security of our customers

You have a training as a specialist:in system integration or have comparable practical experience in the IT environment In the administration of Windows servers and networks and with virtualizations (e.g. Hyper-V), you have several years of professional experience You have basic knowledge of cloud topics, e.g. Microsoft 365 Ideally, you are familiar with the management of (partial) projects You are drawing yourself through a structured, reliable way of working and enjoying taking responsibility For customer contact – remote and on site (guide certificate class B) you are open You have team spirit, communication strength and the ability to keep an overview even in more stressful situations Very good German knowledge (at least C1)
