Independent development and improvement of demanding ServiceNow platforms with focus on performance, scalability and modular architecture Customized ServiceNow Applications to Support Processes in Customer Service, Field Service or IT Service Management Integration of existing resystems via REST, SOAP interfaces as well as LDAP or Single Sign-On to seamlessly integrate new services Participation in building an international ServiceNow Competence Center including knowledge management and technical best practices Responsible for technical mentoring of new developers, promotion of certifications and knowledge transfer in the team
