Senior Project Manager Group Logistics (Logistics Facilities & Automation) (m/f/d)

You lead and control complex (international) logistics major projects - from conception to implementation. You develop the international logistics strategy and implement it as a link between operational reality and long-term orientation. You plan and implement logistics plant projects (e.g. new construction, extension, reconstruction) and bear the quality, appointment and budget responsibility. You initiate and implement automation projects to increase efficiency and scalability (e.g. conveyor technology, warehouse automation, system integration). You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (companies, departments, IT, service providers) and ensure a stringent project and decision-making process. You build and develop group-wide standards, best practices and governance for a sustainable logistics infrastructure.

7-10 years of experience in logistics/technology with proven end-to-end control of logistics major projects (budget, date, risks, acceptance/in operation). Complete logistics or technical studies, such as economic engineering or (technical) logistics management. Technical understanding of logistics systems & automation (incl. system/interface view) for sound decision-making and provider control. Very strong project/programme and stakeholder management in the Group environment (Governance/Lenkungskreise, Enforcement, Communication, Change and Risk Management). 5 days/month as well as hybrid work
