You support the strategic development of the packaging portfolio in the area of tubes, socks, lip care pencils, refill bags & gift sets You identify trends and packaging strategies of the market and competition In the research & development of market-compliant and sustainable packaging within the framework of projects with internal specialist departments and external partners, you actively work with You accompany exciting projects within the framework of the Feasibility phase You are contact person (m/w/d) within the company to solve packaging problems A close coordination with the adjacent specialist departments (e.g. marketing, technology, research & development, purchasing, regulatory affairs, sales, etc.) is of course for you Occasional visits to trade fairs, seminars and suppliers complete your exciting task

You have a completed degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in packaging technology/technology or in a comparable subject of study Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience as a packaging engineer / developer (m/w/d) First experience in project management would also be great You have knowledge in MS-Office and ideally experience in SAP You work reliably, independently and structured You convince by a sovereign and safe occurrence You have knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
