You are responsible for the handling of air freight shipments, the creation of the relevant documents included. As a competent contact person, you enter our customers from order acceptance to goods delivery. The customer is in the focus, so you can determine optimal transport solutions for him and calculate conclusive offers. In addition, you will also be responsible for checking the invoices in addition to the customs processing, shipping document processing and billing. The upstream and downstream communications in the global network complete your task area.

Your basis is a completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services. In addition, you have collected professional practice in the field of air freight. Of course, you go routiniert with MS Office and master German and English well in word and writing.
